I’ve been staying at Regency Ridgegate for close to a year now… and I have to say the staff here is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff members are super friendly and always respond to my needs very promptly. 5 stars well-​deserved. I’d recommend anyone to come live here.

My roommates and I moved here about 9 months from the east coast. We have lived at Mosaic for 3 months now and absolutely love it! This apartment is newly renovated and extremely affordable! Choosing the first apartment when we originally moved here here was rushed and not handled well (NOT MOSAIC); so we spent a lot of time planning where we would move next. Mosaic was the first apartment we looked at. From seeing it I initially fell in love but did not want to make any impulse decisions. We continued to look for a couple months until crunch time was nearing and we had to make a decision. We weighted all the pros and cons and decided on the Mosaic. The staff is extremely polite, courteous, friendly and helpful; everything is handled in a professional manner. They have a great ambience to the leasing office that includes a gym, free internet computers and printers! Whenever it snows or we have a maintenance request things are taken care of ASAP. The location is perfect it is only a mile from 25 and 2 miles from 225. Lots of locally owned businesses within walking distance as well as all grocery, auto and leisure/​recreational needs ;). The community is diverse with plenty of friendly people. Kids, elderly and middle age all live comfortably together without any problems. I highly encourage you to check this place out! Take a tour it is worth it!

If I could put ZERO stars … I would! Management thinks they are better than anyone that resides in any of their units — or that’s how you’re made to feel. Numerous messages left and still haven’t heard from anyone! STAY AWAY! There’s a reason this business isn’t listed with the BBB!

Horrible management teams in every complex. No customer service skills, No compassion. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company when renting an apartment. Their employees are unfriendly, dishonest, and corrupt. This company over sees many properties. I lived at two and I have to say dealing with them makes me want to poke my eyes out. Always a fee for everything, $ 25 for a replacement key (they are .60 at walmart. Trying to get out of a lease so you can move for your job requires an additional $ 2,300 because staff is so bad nobody wants to rent from them so they can’t find people to fill there units. Unacceptable treatment and accusations from management that did not apply to us. Not user friendly and always out to take your money and ask questions later. If i could give –5 stars I would.
