We used Exceptional Exteriors to replace our roof after a big hail storm. The process went very smoothly. We chose the color we wanted. Everyone collaborated with the insurance company. They worked quickly and were done in one day. The crew was great and left things pretty clean afterwards. An excellent experience. Would recommend them!

Beware this company. They will not give you a bid for a roof replacement. The reason they claim to be an INSURANCE SPECIALIST is because they don’t tell you what they charge to do anything. They wait to get the check from your insurance company and then tell you what they feel like giving you for THAT full amount. You are crazy to ever do business with a company that operates this way. You want to find a company who will give you a bid for a job. Then you can compare what they will actually do for you for a set amount of money.
You cannot even compare companies if you only use businesses like this. Each business will tell you they will work to get the most from your insurance company too. Sounds good, but what they are saying is they will work hard to squeeze your insurer to maximize their profit.
With Exceptional Exteriors you are not getting a true value. Beware. Lots of less than honest contractors do business this way. Only do business with someone not afraid of giving you a bid at any time for a designated job.
