I like Fox Ridge Discount Liquors for the convenience. It’s locally owned. They try as hard as they can to buy in quantity and pass the savings on to clients. They’re open every day till midnight; only closed on Christmas Day. Beware, they must lock the doors a few minutes before midnight and check ID’s for all who could be under age. All this is to insure they comply with state law. It’s not a mega store. It’s small and compact. You can get in and get out in a hurry and the staff is courteous and helpful.

They don’t stay true to their closing time. I went prior to midnight(when they close) and the door was locked and the employee inside saw me but refused service. I would get fired for doing that at my work place.

You know there’s a ton of liquor stores around here. I think there’s at least 4 that I also go to that are in a two mile radius of my house. I gotta say though that I keep coming here because they are dependable. They are ALWAYS open when all the others are closed. There selection is decent with a good amount of craft beers but mainly the standard liquors, domestic beers and wine. The two dudes I’ve always seen working have always been nice to me and the people I’ve brought there. Is it a huge liquor mart? No. It’s actually quite small and packed with inventory. To me they seem like a no-bullshit type of business, straight to the point. Three stars for dependability but if they want more they need to be more than late hours and a overly stocked inventory.
