Pretty good! Got the Steak Montoya, could only finish half and def got a box. Will be going back to try this cinnamon roll everyone is talking about.

This is a good breakfast place. It’s not the trendy hipster type of place, but it does have good food and relatively fast service. The bacon is good and thick, and I tried their version of Huevos Rancheros. The refried beans may have been of the canned variety but everything else was good. Portion sizes are also pretty large from what I can tell. Kid friendly place as well and I was glad to find a good breakfast place without a long line on a Saturday morning.

Rough. I told my wife we should take the kids to breakfast after getting them from my parents in Parker. I’ve been here once a long time ago and don’t remember hating it so we decided to go. Walked in the door a few minutes past 9 and got seated straight away. The girl who seated us looked as if she may have over indulged the night before if you know what I mean. We had our 6&7 year old with us so when she sat us with four adult menus, my suspicions were confirmed. We later went back to ask for kids menus and crayons. They must share tips because we were served by no fewer than five people. It’s actually an interesting social experiment if you look at it. Of these five people, nobody gave a damn about us. What incentive did one person have to provide exceptional service when the others would partake in the tips at the end? It wasn’t that busy and it took forever to get coffee. It still wasn’t that busy and it took forever to have our food order taken. The young girl who brought our food asked us if we needed anything else? Why yes we’d love some hot sauce and ketchup. She hastily gave us a completely empty bottle of cholula and sped off. Had to ask another server. Not a big deal but the sum of the parts here right? I had the big plate or whatever is was called and ordered the cinnamon roll French toast. I had to flag someone down to get syrup. Again, the little things. My wife ordered a side of sausage and it never came. When we asked to have it removed from the bill, the server asked if she wanted it now, like to eat? Sure, we’re done with our meal so bring it out. No! Breakfast«potatoes» appeared to be frozen French fries with a lot of herbs and they were lukewarm at best and rather soggy. And oh the décor… Robert Irvine would destroy that place. Won’t be back.

It’s been about a month since I’ve been here, and just thinking of the Cinnamon Roll French Toast makes my mouth water as I write this review. I had the gluten free breakfast burrito, and wow, the green chili is amazing! I’m not a big fan of green chili, but this was good stuff. I was told later that there is a vegetarian green chili… I’ll try that next time too! The wait can be quite long, but that depends on the day you go. Sunday mornings are busy(who doesn’t love a nice Sunday brunch), but it really is worth the wait! The Staff is great! The Gal that served us was so sweet and really helped me decide what to order. She kept checking on us to make sure we were taken care of, and she didn’t rush us even though we had a bigger party and it was super busy. I’ve only been here once, so that’s the only reason why I’d give it 4 stars, but quite honestly, the amount of food, the quality deliciousness, and great service will make me update my review to the full five stars. I’m hoping for another Cinnamon Roll… :)

It was better than most of the breakfast places, but… after eating at B&B café in castle rock which this is a sister store of, it won’t be getting any more of my business. The bacon was bizarre. Utterly flavorless it was like eating bacon consistency cardboard. The French toast was ok. But not great.

First rate food and service. Only been here for breakfast but it is hard to beat. The ultimate skillet with green chili is my favorite but they make good pancakes and breakfast sandwich. What sets it apart is the excellent customer service. Always very friendly, efficient and personable. There work efficiently even on busy Sunday mornings. Love the atmosphere!

We’ve eaten here before and had great service and the food was excellent. Yesterday, was our second trip, and nothing like it was the first time. We had a 15 min wait, which was no big deal. After we were seated it took about 10 min to get drinks and another 10 min after that to get our order. Our server(Lori) was slow with everything. Let’s just say this, when you see other people that have been seated after you eat, pay, and then leave and you have gotten your food yet that is a big problem. I had to ask when our food was coming up and 45 min after we placed our order and eating semi warm food was not acceptable. I’ll come back again but I will make sure that Lori will not be my server. Oh, Lori if you’re reading this, I was the one that left you the $ 5 tip and the note that said«I wish my service was better».

Good breakfast place, fluffy omelet filled with veggies and really thick, buttered multigrain toast, was yummy! Waffle was a little tasteless and dry though.

The food was delicious, but the service was outstanding. Our waitress anticipated our every need, asked us if we wanted coffee to go, made sure out glasses were full, and stopped by to let us know when we should expect our meal. I ordered poached eggs and she asked how well done, I asked for milk with my coffee, and she asked which kind. She was extremely considerate and prompt. We will be back!

This place is an awesome breakfast plate. Biscuits and gravy are good. Omelette a rock, and decent coffee. Service is friendly. Give this place a try.

A friend who used to live here suggested breakfast at this locale while she was in town and I am their newest fan! I had the«Lori» which is what they call their quiche lorraine. They have two to choose from and I chose the veggie route with spinach, cheese, garlic, onions and mushrooms. I’ve not had such a fluffy and moist quiche! It was served with a piece of banana bread and a generous bowl of fresh fruit. Coffee was good and the service was great! They have a fairly large menu with traditional breakfast items, lunch and a gluten free menu. Enjoyed it!

Great service and food! After seeing the cinnamon rolls on Unilocal it was a no brainier to get that, totally worth it! I ordered the breakfast burrito smothered in chili and it was delicious! Lots of food! We called ahead for a party of 5 and were able to sat right as we walked in!

I came here on a Monday for lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich on wheat and a bowl of chicken rice soup. The soup was ok, served room temperature. I prefer my soup to be hot. The sandwich was awful. The wheat bread was dry and old. I ate three bites and couldn’t continue. I removed the chicken salad and ate it alone. The chicken was dry and chewy. Not sure how you can mess up chicken salad. The waiter didn’t ask me once how my meal was. I’m absolutely surprise because I removed the chicken salad and piled on the uneaten bread on my plate. Absolutely poor service. Needless to say I won’t return if I’m in the area.

Just ate at the great beginnings café and had the worst meal I’ve had for breakfast. I asked for crispy bacon and crispy potatoes and received the absolute total opposite. I asked the waitress and she said that’s the crispest the cook would cook it… The toast was not even browned either. I would give this place a zero star if possible. My wife ordered the California meal and it had a really nice pile of soggy frozen spinach on her runny eggs that she asked for the whites not to be runny… please get a new cook that will do what the paying customers are asking for… Sorry for the bad review but it was not how I wanted to celebrate my wedding anniversary breakfast… total bummer of a meal!

Going out to eat is not just about the convenience of having a meal prepared for me and lack of cleaning up afterwards… it is also about customer service. We decided to try out this place on our way south of Denver. It was fairly busy, which is usually a good sign. There were three empty tables and we were told to wait — OK — no big deal. We sat and were greeted by a waiter that seemed distracted. We placed a simple breakfast order, crepes with fruit and husband had over-easy eggs with potatoes and toast. We waited 40 minutes! I inquired about our order, secretly afraid if I do I might have it mishandled, but took a chance. Our order arrived five minutes afterwards. My daughter and I received cold and hard crepes with cold fruit stuffed inside and what seems to be spray can whipped cream on top. Yuck! My husband said he liked his food, it was actually semi warm, and somewhat appealing. We did tell the waiter about the cold food and the manager offered to take care of the table… Thankful for that, especially since I only picked out the fruit and ate that. Man, I am hungry. We will never go back.

Decent little place. We recently moved into the area and decided to give this place a try. You could tell that they were working extra hard to provide good customer service. There are many choices for breakfast in the area and they will work hard for your business. The food is good not great but the menu is certainly creative. I enjoyed the Country Fried Steak Skillet with a side of Green Chili. It was tasty and an interesting combo. We will go back again for sure.
