The counter worker is a truely rude person. The owner is rude as well, and really likes to push the elderly into purchasing hearing aids that they DO NOT NEED, in a price range that they know the elderly can not pay on a fixed income. The owner, will not return calls, and will not take care of his customers what so ever. The prices of his hearing aid are anywhere from $ 2,000.00, to $ 2,500.00 more than any other place that you may visit, FOR THE SAME THING. To anyone that shops there for their family needs, PLEASE DON’T, you will only be taken for a bad ride by the RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, LOUD MOUTH, LYING satff. Example, they sold a hearing aid at over $ 5,000.00 to a lady they knew, could never be able to pay. She is 76 Years old, disabled and now has bad judgement from age and Meds. The hearing aids didn’t even fit, and they would do NOTHING about it, and mecame asses when asked about it on the phone and in person, very calmly. This place needs to be closed down and forgotten.

This was one of four establishments that we visited before we purchased our hearing aids. The business is clean and the receptionist is very friendly. The test that was given was accurate. The price of their hearing aids and service is 2 – 3 times more than any of the other establishments that we visited. Yet they do not offer more for this dramatic price difference.
