R. Giles Construction

Richard Giles did a remodel of my basement and did the cheapest job possible on my basement, many error’s where made and nothing in good quality at all and I paid him a lot of money. he always said he had 60 years experience remodeling and building homes and he forgot to put in a closet in my room and shower door in my bathroom and a lot, lot more he forgot and I had to pay a lot more money for him to complete my basement, I bought 5 5 gallons of paint for it above what he quoted me and on many of my walls it only has white primer on them, what a sucky contractor. do not hire this old man he cant remember anything and charges you for a lot of extras when paint should be in the bid. and so much more, he didn’t even come back to finish my remodel. and got all the money for it. he sucks!!! ripe off!!! he also forgot to put a shower door in my shower and charged me for it… he needs to retire. or he is just a rip off. he took about 7 months to do the job and told me he would have it done in 6 weeks… he sucks!!!
