Real Bikes – Englewood

They are great when your buying something try taking something back. I bought spin shoes from them. Ive been to two drs and we determined the shoes were too big. I went in to see what they would do. Well instead of making me feel better I was told they remembered me and I had a bad attitude last time. What were they supposed to do sell used shoes?. Really they couldnt even find the receipt. I was told to keep it down and that my foot wasnt right for spin shoes after tring on the same kind a size smaller whcih i alrealdy knew were too small. That also the shoes dont come in half sizes. They dont have a large inventory so if you dont fit what they have then you dont find into anything.
I have worked for the same international company for 25 years and if I treated my clients like I was treated I wouldnt have a job. I bend over backward for my clients and try to quell their mood if they are upset. This store made me feel like my feet were wierd and I was wrong. That I would never find anything to fit me. Really?
My sping teacher had spin sandals and they come in half sizes they fit me in a 41−½.
These people are narrow minded I will never go there again.

Called Real Bikes and spoke to Melody. Explained my situation… short 60 year old woman wanting to ride a bike that i feel safe on. She told me she had 2 that would fit the bill. Tried them in the parking lot, chose 1 and in 15 minutes I had my new ride. So excited.
Great to support local business as well.

My mom has been wanting a bike for some time now but neither her or my dad know much about them. I do not live close to them to help out so I jumped on Unilocal here to look for nearby bike shops. I came across Real Bikes and sent them over. Speaking with my mom yesterday after their visit, she only had good things to say about the staff and she is happy with the bike she now gets to enjoy riding around. So Kudos to Real Bikes! Thanks for helping out and being patient with my folks!

Awesome service & great selection! They took care of me with 2 bikes when I walked in without an appt off the street. No nonsense approach but also realistic when asking questions in an effort to get you the results you need.
They tuned me up & helped me pick out all the accessories I needed quickly & efficiently. It was definitely worth the trip for the service & selection of products.

The best place to go for any of your biking needs. Both my husband and I purchased bikes here, as well as some different accessories, and couldn’t be happier!
After some time riding my new Giant, I was having some discomfort in my sciatic nerve. The owners of the shop both helped me try out new positions and new seats until my problem was fixed. They weren’t happy until I was happy. Customer service like this doesn’t happen much any more.
