I went to Reid’s looking for a essential oil I wanted to use. While there Kim Nicol asked why I wanted that particular oil. After explaining, she pulled out a product named Graviola and told me that this product would help me and if I was unsatisfied, she would take it back and refund the purchase price.($ 30.99) I took the product for two days and developed a whole body itch. I seen my doctor who told me to stop taking the Graviola because it was magnesium and that I had an excessive amount of magnesium in my system. I returned to Reid’s and explained to Kim Nicol what the doctor had said. Kim Nicol refused to take back the product or refund the cost because she believed there was no magnesium in the product which is clearly marked as having magnesium in its ingredients.

Wide Variety of items but rude, rude. RUDE! Sorry I opened a lid and smelled something that someone before me had already opened. Perhaps she should have said something to the person before me that had actually opened the item. I will go elsewhere! I’m not about to buy something that stinks to high heaven! There are plenty of other nutrition stores around. Too bad for her and the store bc I was planing of spending a little! Better luck next time rude lady! GNC has much better customer service!

A nice family owned store. They have a lot of obscure lotions and soaps to check out as well as vitamins and supplements. Also if they don’t have something in stock they will happily order it for you! I also enjoyed trying the superfood drink they offer. Prices range from reasonable to high.
