Jim is great. He came out last year to fix our swamp cooler. It was not cooling properly. He checked out everything, fixed what needed work and did a general service. Been working great since. I found out that he did not just work heating and cooling but was indeed a master plumber. Well, I had a sink leak which made a mess in my house. I called Jim to come out and fix it. As always, he was prompt and courteous. He explains everything up front and there are no surprises in his fees. He will explain it all to you before he does any work so there is no well yeah I told you this price but I really have to charge you this. And his prices are very reasonable.
He cleans up after the job and makes sure you are happy and everything is working to your satisfaction before he leaves.
I’ll call him at the end of summer to shut down our swamp cooler properly and then have him back out next spring to start it up properly. It’s nice to have a trusted professional do the work so we won’t have to worry about any leaks or freezing pipes.
I would highly recommend hiring Jim. He takes the extra steps to ensure everything is done correctly and he is a genuinely nice person.

Jim is awesome. Our swamp cooler wasn’t working over the weekend and he came out on time and got it fixed for us. Our pads were extremely dirty and he washed them out and it’s working great now. Also, our swamp cooler is in an extremely scary location perched near the edge of our roof so I give Jim huge credit for being willing to work on it. Great service and I recommend him very highly.
