Super Dollar Store

The most anti customer store owner I’ve ever seen. He doesn’t deserve your business.
Moreover he announced a price to inflate ballons and 2 days later irrespectfully gives you another price with the demeanour of a dictator. No patience for store owners who lie and disrespect their customers

Cramped store and you can’t reach a lot of the stock (nor can you find someone to help you), but they are very organized and have an excellent selection. Like most «dollar» stores today, everything is a dollar and up… but still cheap. I was psyched about some great buys. They also take credit cards, which is a total bonus.

The rude guy (sounded Asian) hung up on me when I called asking about merchandise. Hey buddy… this is the US of A… it’s all about customer service. Shame of you! Without us, you can pack up.

I feel funny reviewing a dollar store but in today’s economy many of the dollar stores are a great place to pick up cleaning supplies at a fraction of supermarket prices. This particular dollar store is anything BUT a dollar store. Many of the items are priced considerably above the standard price that you would pay at a super market. As this location is not in the best part of Englewood I believe that they are able to survive by taking advantage of the locals who have no where else close by to go. An example was a tube of toothpaste that I pay $ 1.00 for at many of the chain dollar stores was $ 4.50 at this location. Shame, shame, avoid is possible and don’t expect a deal at this non franchise store.
