With much dismay, as I have gotten older, I have had significant hair loss. I am so fortunate that I was introdued to The Intralock Process Hair Enhancement. With much care and attention to my needs, the staff was able to address my hair loss issues. They have helped me to achieve a full head of hair, which I didn’t think was possible due to the significant amount of trauma that I have endured during the many years from using weaves. If anyone is suffering any type of hair loss, I definitely recommend the Intralock Process Hair Enhancement. You will leave their professional salon that offers complete privacy feeling better and as beautiful as you were before your hair loss. This process has helped me to gain my self confidence again and truly has enhanced my looks. Also, the staff is warm and friendly and they treat you like family!!!

I have been a client of Stacy for 15 years. She is an amazing businesswoman and is true to her word. Genetics and having children left me with extremely thining hair which caused me to be self-conscious and at times embarrassed. Through the Intralock Process, I am able to have various hairstyles that look natural and beautiful. I don’t have to worry about my hair separating and my scalp showing. I am more confident with my appearance. The hair is very natural looking and no one ever knows that it is not my hair. The technicians are very professional, cordial and sensitive to your privacy. Nothing to testify about with this process. My hair literally fell off of my head after washing it one Saturday evening. After several months of complaints, I will be blamed again for why this happened. I shampooed the hair with the new shampoo and conditioned it. Next, hair was all– gone and my head was almost bold. No way should this have happened after spending well over $ 5000.00. I want if not all but some of my monies back. Luckily for me I had my old wig. It’s terrible that this happened after trying for several months to voice my concerns about this hair and the products. They will not touch my hair ever again. Every time I complained, I’m blamed for the problems even though i even went back to pay them to wash it. i did nothing at one point but curl the hair with the curling iron that the hairdresser recommended!!! Who wants to be insulted that way. The staff are really nice but don’t listen or take time to realize that their products and so called system wasn’t working for me. According to owner, pay more and more and more and the problems will be fixed. Not I will fix the problem after you’ve payed so much monies! Oh no! Stacy(owner), she’ s like the«mafia«pay up!!! dam it! pay up!!! I want to be paid for the damages that were done and never see that place again! Fair is fair, I went back several time to address all of my concerns, so it’s a sign why the hair fell off my head and no there’s no one in case of emergency to call because after closing on Saturday evening, they’re not open again until Tuesday. What could I have done? Just hang my head down low ashamed and put my old wig on my head so that I could go outside of my house. Talking is redundant and will cost big monies so i choose not to speak with them. Poor Nicole!
