I had used this cleaner before and did not have a problem. I don’t often wear clothes that need dry cleaning, but I had this royal blue Patchington dress that I have had for years. Great quality and I had worn it a few times, so it needed cleaning. When I brought it in, I SPECIFICALLY asked the lady in charge what it would cost me — I even wrote it on the back of my claim number — and it was $ 5.90.
I went to pick it up a week later, handed her the claim number and got ready to pay when this SAME lady said that the cost was $ 11.90!!! Shocked, I told her what she had quoted the previous week and NOTHING DOING, I was about to pay it, when I suddenly thought… the hell with this rip-off and I told her to keep the dress.
I WILL NEVER, EVER DEAL WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!
They have even the nerve to put a «tip» jar on the counter!!!
