Beautifully displayed fine-​quality jewelry in a huge showroom, professional and friendly staff, and a non-​pretentious sense of comfort at Williams Jewelers.
As another reviewer described, deciding on jewelry — especially wedding jewelry — can be overwhelming and daunting. Despite my indecisiveness, lack of knowledge, and being incredibly particular, each team member was incredibly patient, kind, unbiased, and respectful. I never got a sense that I was taking up too much time or asking too many questions.
They utilize a CAD system which designs and illustrates jewelry «ideas», which in part assisted in my decision-​making process. I highly recommend inquiring about this if you have other ideas in your mind… it’s amazing how «life-​like» the illustrations look.
I was impressed with Williams (specifically Shaina and Russ) and will definitely be returning for my jewelry maintenance and future purchases.

Where do I begin? Purchasing jewelry can overwhelming, especially if you are looking for your wedding ring. Williams Jewelers makes the experience fun and I have never felt pressured into buying anything.
I absolutely love vintage and antique jewelry. After looking at rings from very brand that exists, I was still not satisfied. The idea of seeing my engagement ring on someone else’s finger really haunted me, so she suggested we look at the estate counter. I wanted something original and one of a kind. I think the mystery of who it belonged to previously is what captivates me about vintage jewelry. Words cannot bring justice to the absolute beauty of my ring and it is all thanks to Lisa and Williams Jewelers.
The necklace I received on Valentine’s Day is gorgeous, to say the least. We came in to try on my ring again, (just to make sure I was still equally in love with it) and just to kill some time. We were so happy to see Lisa again and she immediately brought over two glasses of champagne for us! She walked around with us like she always does, pulling out random things for me to try on and laughing about the extremely huge and gaudy items. Of course, we ended up at the estate counter and absolutely had to take a look. Lisa showed us all the «new» things they had gotten in since we last stopped by. She pulled out a necklace, (see pictures below), that she thought I should try on. I instantly fell in love, luckily it was Valentine’s Day!
I am always treated like a queen when I come to Williams Jewelers. I always have so much fun and I am never pressured into buying anything. The staff is fabulous, especially Lisa. I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else for all my pretties.

I cannot say enough about our great experience here. My parents had 2 matching rings made for my sister and I, they were made from diamonds in an old watch and came out beautifully! We worked with Charmenne (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she was WONDERFUL! She was patient, gave us tons of options and got us exactly what we wanted! She even cleaned our other rings just to be nice. They are trustworthy and stand behind their work, I will keep coming here and would urge anyone looking for a great jeweler to do the same.

Friendly and honest customer service. Went in to send my ring back to Tacori for an annual cleaning and inspection afte being quoted $ 600 for the same service (in an incredibly condescending manner, no less) at Hyde Park in Cherry Creek where the setting was purchased. Williams not only charged 10% of that cost, but the sales associate I worked with took the time to really inspect my ring and document everything well before it was sent out. Williams will now become our jeweler for future fine jewelry purchases.

While all of the other reviews on this site deal with jewelry, watches are not mentioned. Watches, however are exactly what I will be writing over in this review.
Well, watches, customer services, and the adjective «fine».
I didn’t even set foot in the store, I simply called to ask about service for two watches I own.
Suspend you imagination for a moment, as a customer service representative answering a phone call would need to, as she has no idea what sort of watches I needed service for.
She made it VERY clear they only serviced «fine» watches. Which is again“fine” with me, as the watches I own are very «fine».
As she continued, her use of the word «fine» began to feel like a kindergartener with a newly opened container of glitter.
This messy display of «fine» eventually became Rolex specific, almost as if she was having a conversation with herself, trying to talk Williams Jewelers out of business, (which is now «fine» in my opinion).
After an agonizing minute long soliloquy regarding «fine» time pieces, and how in her mind «fine» was exclusive to the Rolex brand, she informed me that only Rolex could be serviced there.
To which I said…
Guess, I dare you…
Go on…
«Fine!».
I will be taking my watches elsewhere, and could only recommend calling this place for a laugh, if you aren’t already feeling «fine» about where you get your watches serviced.

Spectacular place. Russ worked with my Fiancée and I to design her ring, and it turned out wonderfully.
They’re very flexible, happy to work with alternative stones and lower-​budget sorts of projects, and I walked out feeling like I got more ring for my money than *anywhere* else would allow.
I would recommend Williams (and Russ) to anybody who would listen. They’re worth the drive, no matter where on the Front Range you are.

Amazing! At a quality jewelry store like this, you don’t have to pay for an extra warranty to have them continue to take care of the jewelry your purchase there. I was recently in a car accident where my ring was bent due to the force of the impact. My insurance would’ve covered it, however I would’ve had to send my ring off and wait a while to get it back. And I would not of known who the jeweler was that was doing the work. I took my ring back into Williams, where it was fixed for free. I got it back polished fixed and looking like new.

People tend to generally undervalue family-​owned business, but Williams Jewelers reminds us all why it is such a beautiful thing. Two words come to mind when I think of WJ: legacy and loyalty. Legacy comes to mind because they have a long reputation for being Denver’s premier jeweler. They carry an impressive, well-​curated selection which includes my own personal favorite: Rolex! Why loyalty? Simple. Because of the great personal attention everyone receives when walking through the door, a real bond is formed with your jeweler and trust is easy to build. Since I know I’m working with a jeweler who comes with such a great reputation, and can count on the same great service each and every time I pop my head in – even when I’m just browsing — I will always come here!

I don’t think I would trust shopping ANYWHERE but Williams Jewelers. They are customer oriented. They know us when we walk in the door. Shayna and Steve have always been more than professional and helpful when asked their opinion. This is not a «hard sell» jewelry store. They are in business to have their customers return. We go back each and every year. They have an amazing stock of Rolex watches with fair prices. They know their stock. I would happily drive the distance to give these nice folks my money. I have sent my wife, son-​in-​law and daughters in to this store and they treat them like royalty as well. Thank you, Williams for the service you have given to our family over the years. I wish I could give you 10 stars… unfortunately, five is all they allow. :-)

I’ve used Williams Jewelers several time for ring sizing/​cleaning and a watch battery. Even though I’m not buying jewelry there, they are always extremely nice to me. I just had some work done on my 15 year old wedding ring set and it looks brand new. While the watch batteries aren’t inexpensive, they did it while I waited and they did a nice job on my old native American bracelet watch. (One time I went to another jewelry store and they couldn’t be bothered to even be nice to me. After that terrible experience, I’m happy to return to Williams Jewelry.)

We were in CO for my wife’s birthday in July and I needed a last minute gift. I asked the concierge at our hotel and she recommended Williams. So I googled and Unilocaled them and decided to give them a try. I told my wife I was going to the hotel gym and grabbed a cab to Williams to see about getting her a surprise. Wow. Their assortment is impeccable, it’s wonderfully curated, and their staff was super nice and informative. Wile the meter was running outside in the cab I was going through so many nice pieces that I almost couldn’t decide. The girl who was helping me narrowed my choices by asking great questions. I ended up with a simple and elegant pair of diamond studs set in platinum that perfectly compliment my wife’s aesthetic. I surprised her with them at dinner and she loved them. She even slept in them that night she loved them so much she said. These are things that she’ll wear forever and hopefully hand down to our daughter. I live out of state with plenty of choices but after that experience I know when to stick with a good thing… I’ve now bought from them over the phone 2 times since last July. My last purchase was a simple birthstone for my daughter and it was amazing. Thank you Williams!
