I put one star because you can’t put zero stars. You should call this company if you want to sit around all day waiting and then get stood up. If you don’t have a job and are capable of spending all your time waiting, and have absolutely nothing else to do on your life, and don’t mind if your 12 o’clock appointment gets changed to 2 and then 4:30, these guys are for you.

I’ve used this service over the past 8 years, it has been consistently excellent. The men are professional in manner & speech & quite polite. Notification calls are made so one is aware of their arrival time. Very fairly priced.

Called them, & after giving phone rep EXACT dimensions of the stuff I needed hauled away (huge console tv, smaller tv, table top, table base, 2 monitors), I was quoted $ 140 + tv disposal fees + tax. Upon arrival, the guys looked at my stuff & quoted me $ 278 + fees/​tax. Dimensions of items hadn’t changed so when I said no, one of the guys said he‘d call his boss to try to get a better price. Better price was $ 240, which was still $ 100 over original quoted price. Not liking 1−800-JUNK‘s tactics… calling someone else.
