I called these guys to repair a garage door that slipped off track and wouldn’t open. I called for an appointment with no trouble. The guy came on time and told me he could repair the problem. I said OK, a couple of weeks later I accidentally pressed the garage door button the wrong way (down when the door was already closed) and the problem reoccurred. Well, that was a waste of time and money.
