Christmas Day, I lock my mother-​in-​laws (chickasha)keys in her car with all the food, presents, etc. I call, he answered the phone (I expected an answering machine saying «Merry Christmas» we’re closed, call back Friday) he came out and made our Christmas wish .I can’t thank him enough…

I called Dusty’s after I lost my car key. The key had a chip in it so I had to go to the dealership to get the key and they told me to call Dusty’s to program for me. Dusty talked to me as if I were bothering him just calling to make an appointment. He was out of town and said he was NOT going to come back into town just to do my key which I was not asking him to do. I just wanted to make an appt. He was rude and mean. I was so upset when I got off of the phone. Awful Experience!

I have heard nothing but good things about Dusty’s, however when I needed them I was incredibly unimpressed.
To start, my husband lost the key to his truck, with his wallet and cell phone inside. Its located on the base. Well when I called Dusty’s to have them just open it up so that he can get his wallet and cell phone he told me that it was not worth his time to get onto the base just to open the truck and that I was welcome to call someone else and have them do it. So now, we have to have the truck towed to the dealership to get a new key made. I will NEVER use Dusty’s services.
