A couple of years ago, I had a flat while driving a friend to his cancer treatment. Hibdon rescued me and replaced a ruined tire. When my truck needed new tires, I returned to Hibdon to repay their kindness. They sold me a set of tires at a good price and provided quick mounting.
One of the wheels apparently had a balancing weight come off of it and the truck developed a vibration. I made an appointment to get the wheels rebalanced. They were ready for me at the appointment time and did the work while I waited. I was surprised to find that they offered free lifetime balancing and rotation so the visit didn’t cost me anything. My problem was solved quickly.
The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I would recommend their products and services.

Had to wait a while, but they were unusually understaffed it appeared. Friendly service, and they patched my tire for free!
