Be forewarned before coming to this McDonald’s «restaurant». The service was terrible. Our cashier(an elderly lady in a blue shirt with no name tag??) was all but hospitable. She was slow and flustered; I didn’t see her smile even once to our party nor to any other customers. Furthermore, we watched a red shirt employee named Margaret blow her nose at the drink station and proceeded to clean and stock without first washing her hands or at least using sanitizer. She walked around with her mouth open which was unsightly and unprofessional. The food came out at a decent time. However our hash browns were undercooked and we were missing drinks(they gave us the drink cups after we waited and asked). Overall, I advise avoiding this place. McDonald’s was my first job and I still work in the service industry. The level of unprofessionalism and the lack of hospitality was appalling to me, especially during a time that was not at all busy(again, I’ve worked at a McDonalds before with much higher standards and provided much better service with less employees on the clock). For a place in a small town with so many workers, I am very surprised and disappointed in this place.

The grand kids insisted… Another miserable experience at this sub-par«restaurant». Dirty, poor service, cashier coughed on our food 3 times, no napkins, out of ketchup, no one else in line but took over 10 minutes to get 2 Mac’s and 2 Happy Meals. I have talked by phone with the owner of this place twice, but nothing changes.

This place has the worst service! They can not seem to get an order correct. If you order a tea expect a coke and visa versa. How hard is it to «listen» to the customer… put the order in and hand them the food. Evidently the manager/owner is ok with negative reviews and less than mediocre service.
