The woman staffing the bus in OKC was especially unpleasant today. She charged me more than the price on the sign for ground meat. When I mentioned that, instead of checking the sign she gave me a very snotty reply, saying I was wrong. I paid the higher price because I did not drive an hour to get to the bus location because I wanted(nor do I need) a bargain. After writing my check(because she was rude when I used my credit card in the past) I walked back to the sign to confirm that I had not misunderstood. I had not. When I pointed this out by suggesting she correct the sign I got more attitude. I had difficulty opening the door which resulted in another rude comment. I like the products and have been purchasing them for quite a few years in spite of the poor customer service. Now, however, I am done patronizing this business.
