This store was so good when it first came to Enid. There were always sales, and the prices were like those in an outlet mall. Now, they rarely mark down their shoes. I have stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no one coming to ring me up. I have asked them to order in a different size two times(like that say they will). One lady said, «No, they’re too cheap» and turned and walked off. Today I took a pair of kids shoes up for the same reason. They were $ 27. The guy just looks at me and said«Well, they really need to be $ 30 to order them in. I’ll charge you shipping I’d you want them.» I walked out without the two additional pair of shoes I planned on purchasing. They really need to review customer service practices.

This place just smells like crappy shoes. I’d prefer a payless to this store. It really does small gross… I won’t be back. Not just because of the smell, but the shoes are not very fashionable…

The staff don’t seen to know much about selling shoes or how shoe sizes work. Among other things the girl who helped me tried to tell me that if I needed a size in wide that I could go up a one whole size to achieve the width I need, apparently not considering that if I went up a size lager than what I need that the shoes would be too long for my feet… Needless to say, it didn’t take my previous years experience selling shoes at Dillards(who sends shoe employees to training classes) to see that this girl knew very little about shoes… The thing that annoys me the most about shopping there is that the sizes and even styles are not organized at all. It takes twice as long hunting for a shoe if you are having to look over every box in several rows to see if they have your size in the style you want… Heck, even Wal-Mart makes an effort to arrange their shoes. The prices are OK, but considering the really cheap shoes seem to only come in tiny sizes(size 6 for ladies) you’re not likely to save a whole lot of money shopping there…

I was really excited when shoe dept came to enid but I rarely shop there. The have decent selection of brand name shoes(sketchers, nike, puma, ect.) They are usually 5 – 10 dollars cheeper than other stores and if you get lucky you can get a cute pair of shoes on sale. No you cant go in there to get a pair of nikes that are normally 80 dollars at other stores and expect to pay 40 dollars for them here its just not going to happen. I don’t shop there much for the fact that I buy most of my shoes at famous footwear when they have here bogo sale something shoe dept doesnt have.

Shoe Dept, I just wanted to congratulate you on being a boring store. Thank you. Lots of ugly shoes, rarely a good deal. I hate paying more than $ 60 for a pair of shoes, and most of your decent looking shoes are much more than $ 60.
