Loxx is a cute business! Hair stylists independently operate within complex so the quality of your experience is largely dependent upon who you book with.
The business as a whole is very clean and inviting. When you enter you’re greeted by a smiling receptionist and a lovely lobby with adequate seating and a display of local merchandise such as candles, clothes, and hair products. Each stylist is allowed to decorate their area as they see fit, which gives Loxx a unique flair.
I personally have only gotten my hair styled by Brittany and it’s been a great experience. After visiting three different salons, she is the only hair stylist who has been able to change my dark brown hair to silver. I’ve been satisfied with her artful work as a colorist as well as the cut itself. She’s also funny and easy to talk to which makes long appointments much more bearable.
