Hit or miss with service. You usually have to find them before they find you. But when you do get a rep it is usually pretty helpful. Have always had a pretty good inventory. Better then nothing right? Right.

Sooo tired of these EMPTY shelves! I do not like driving to Dothan where there are TWO Lowes stores which seem to keep their shelves stocked. Did it ever occurred to the corporate office that you would do more volume in this town if you actually kept things on the shelves!!!
So I’m off to spend money at Walmart because they probably have on their shelves what you were supposed to. I hate spending money at Walmart but I don’t have time to drive the hour to Dothan.
Maybe we need to get a Home Depot in Enterprise since Lowes doesn’t seem to think that Enterprise/​Fort Rucker is worthy of a variety of products and stocked shelves.

Fort Rucker, AL
Pretty much the only full service hardware store in town, and a rather small Lowe’s at that. However, usually great service in plumbing, outdoor, or paint where they know me by name! See Sue in paint, she’s the bomb! 3 stars because they need to carry more/​enlarge the store. There’s 30k people in this town, plus Fort Rucker/​Ozark shops here… HINT HINT LOWE’s — we Dont like to drive to Dothan (30 mi away).
