This place has GREAT potential. The best thing, so far, is the ambiance. But the food(for the price) and the service is lacking. I think this will improve over time and I will go back in the future to test my theory. The food was equally as good as any other Sushi /Hibachi in town. But… the price…

* from 9OCT2015 * Our grandson wanted habachi for his 9th birthday dinner. We all were very disappointed with the service and our meal. The«grill master» was basically hungover from a party, as he admitted. He over cooked the meats and used way too much marjarine in the rice. BTW, to be charged $ 2.00/plate extra for fried rice at a habachi is ludicrous. We have enjoyed many other habachi grills around the country and this particular restaurant is by far the worse grill, so far. Doubt we’ll visit it again.

We enjoy Mikata in Dothan, so we visited the Enterprise restaurant three times now. On our first visit we choose the sit down hibachi dinner and my wife and I shared the Emperor’s feast. Service was extremely slow and I had to flag someone down just to get my drink order taken. The waiter continued to perform an admirable job after being flagged down. The Chef was OK, but spent more time cooking then trying to entertain the guests. In the end this was defiantly a below average showing for new restaurant living off the reputation of its Dothan main branch. Our send attempt at this establishment was for lunch and I’ll admit they did much better on service. The food was as expected for Mikata and we were in an out in an hour. We felt our trust has been reestablished in this restaurant and they were getting on their feet after opening. Our third visit was just miserable. We were greeted at the door by a host who was too busy to put down his cell phone. Clearly his phone call was way more important then customers. We were seated while the host chatted the entire time on his phone. Extremely rude! We were left at the table with menus and no waiter/waitress in sight. 15 minutes later, after yet another example of being left without someone even caring enough to take our drink order we departed. The host was still engrossed in his phone call to care about customer service as we walked out the door. While the food may be good it is not good enough to be treated like garbage by the staff. This is another in a long line of restaurant establishments who think they can open a branch in Enterprise then call-it-in on customer service. Considering the price of the food this treatment is criminal. I will drive to Dothan for now on when I have the taste for hibachi as no customer deserves to not be waited on 2 out of 3 visits.

The food is excellent and the chef at the hibachi grill was very entertaining. The restaurant is pretty new, so the inside is very clean and kept up. It is obvious that the staff is wanting to give good service by asking how the chef was once he was done cooking, and even the manager comes to the table to see how everyone enjoyed their dinner. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I thought the menu was a little pricey, by $ 5 – 6 more than what I am used too for a hibachi restaurant. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

The food was ok, good but not great. The hibachi chef did the bare minimum presentation wise. Probably won’t go back, but only because the other Japanese place is basically the same, but closer.

Enhhhh… Food was alright. Me and wife both decided the only decent sushi in enterprise comes from publix grocery store price was the same as publix maybe just a little bit more expensive. But food was nothing to brag about. Once I sat down I immediately could smell that the table was wiped off with a sour wash rag before we were seated. Kinda ruined it from the beginning. While waiting to be seated seemed like we were ignored. They have a lot of hand rolls with names that they made up, a suggestion to them is to have a description of what it is. The last thing I wanted to do was ask the staff what 20 different rolls are. I played it safe with spicy tuna, and wife did Cali rolls. Presentation was good but the smell of the sour table kinda ruined it for me.
