THEY DO GIVE YOU A RECEIPT FOR DROPPING OFF PACKAGES WITH A PREPAID UPS SHIPPING LABEL!
I’ve dropped off a ton of packages here. Usually whoever is behind the counter just takes the package, puts it in a pile and walks away. Earlier this week is the first time an employee has EVER asked me if I would like a receipt. Granted, it is just a printout saying that the package was received by the store and not a confirmation that it was handed off to UPS, but at least I have documentation that I dropped the package off there. The receipt includes the date, time, and tracking number.
I am not sure if this is a new policy or just a fluke that someone finally cared enough to ask, but just so you other Unilocalers out there know, they WILL give you a receipt.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited 2 hours to get one photo printed, and that was after I had sent it 4 hours prior.
