Rituals Day Spa

Rituals use to be the best place to receive facial services. My experience this time equated to nothing special at all especially with the less than impressive front desk customer service rep.

My experience was good but not great.

Lets just say my hair was a mess. Dead ends were awful you could tell i havent had my haircut in forever. I needed healthy hair again. I walked in a mess and i walked out feeling like i had just won a million Bucks. I had all over highlights put in. Which is usually tougher to do with my hair because it has a natural red tint. She did an absolute great job and i was impressed!!! Highlights in my hair take forever because i have thick hair. i was in there for about three hours. I usually get bored an cant sit still but the conversation flow with the stylist made the three hours fly by. The staff is just amazing very personable and easy to talk too. Im so late in writing my review till now because i had my appointment reminder text sent from rituals to my phone (which is awesome because i can be very forgetful) and reminded me i needed to write my review. What a charming place! Everything is very well thought out and the people are wonderful. I got a manicure from Betty and she did such a great job. She was so pleasant to sit with — even though I don’t live locally, I’ll make an appt with her the next time I’m in town!

Loved my first visit. Ashlee Jones did a fantastic job on my hair.

Everyone here was really nice. As far as atmosphere, I would say it’s definitely the best in town. I went for a manicure and it wasn’t great. When I left it looked as if I had gone in just to have my nails painted. They weren’t cleaned up very well. It was way too expensive to have to go home and re-​do myself. I would go back for services like a massage or facial, but not for my nails. Ever.

I go here to have my hair done. I haven’t tried any of the other services yet, but I hear they are pretty decent.
Beth does my hair, and she does an amazing job. She was able to fix a hack job I got from John Blalock, and I could’nt be happier. She is very professional and obviously has been doing hair for years. The color was great, and she works quick.
The front desk could be a little more friendly in my eyes, but it is what it is. Oh and this place is very affordable compared to the last place I had my hair done!

This spa has a nice atmosphere, but the worst service. I went to get an eyebrow wax, and even after telling Elizabeth what I wanted, she just butchered my eyebrows. I would never go back to her, as she did horrible work and didn’t even listen to me about what I wanted. Hannah, the store manager, was nice to give my my money back, but I do not recommend that anyone go to this «spa». I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemies to come here.
