Worst company I have ever worked with. They have little to no customer service and incapable of performing the simplest tasks. Stay clear of Time Warner cable.
Unfortunately, there are not too many choices when it comes to internet providers in the area. I have to continue to use them for internet but I would not use their cable and phone service. Directv offers so much more for the money and you can find cheaper phone service by looking on the internet. Time Warner wanted to charge over $ 40 a month for a home phone.
