The delivery guys are great! So helpful even moved my existing furniture into another room and set it up. Who does that? super people to deal with start to finish.

We found some great pieces that we wanted to purchase from here, the customer service was nice, they really touted that they’d price match within 60 days of purchase if we found a better price BUT when we actually found a better price, they wouldn’t honor it =(Their website clearly states:
PRICE
Allen’s Furniture has an everyday low price guarantee so you don’t have to wait for the sale of the year. We guarantee our price against anyone including the internet.
Doesn’t say «less shipping» or anything eluding to shipping costs being a factor, but they still would NOT stand by their word. It’s too bad really, we would have loved to purchase from a smaller, family owned business, putting our money back into the community. I’m pretty sure this falls into a «false advertising» legal dilemma too, but I doubt we’ll pursue it as we just don’t want to support a business that operates under fallacies.
Very disappointing.

Had to get a couple mattress for my kids beds, thought I would give it a try and was happy with the selection and prices. Give them a look if you are looking for furniture in Enumclaw…

This furniture store has been in Enumclaw for as long as I can remember (it’s changed names several times but remains). A lot of the items are full retail price but once in a while you can get a great deal.
During this year’s Street Fair — I walked by and saw a cute desk and hutch (reg $ 799) and ended up getting it for the oldest girl for $ 95! She wasn’t in love with the hutch, so I basically paid $ 95 for a desk (which was still a deal).
Staff here are always super nice and helpful even if I’m «just looking».
