Piericks Precision Home Inspection

Do not use this guy. He also has buisness cards out with a different buisness name called the house whisperer. I hired tim to inspect a house before i purchased it. He failed miserably on the roof part of the inspection. 2 weeks after closing my roof started leaking but yet tim gave the condition of the roof satisfactory which is the highest rating on his report. After having several roofing companies come out the each told me that there were more than 3 layers of roofing material on my roof and that it does not meet code. Also after speaking with tim about this he refuses to supply me with his insurance info so i can make a clame against his poor workmanship. After spending several hours on the Internet i have yet to come across a business license for either of his 2 company names. This guy has has terrible buisness ethics and does not stand by his work.
