I came here for an all over one color. The lady that done my hair colored it way too dark. I was upset because we all know how hard it is on our hair to have to lighten/​bleach it, especially when I already have brittle hair. Well she made me pay her 150 after she told me 70 on the phone. When I was talking to the manager asking her what she can do to fix it, she said she can put in foils to make it appear more lighter. A few foils for 85. NO DISCOUNT! So, I was thinking about just having her fix it anyways because my complextion doesn’t match this color hair at all. I finally just asked her if I can make an appointment for Tuesday or Wednesday because I am a single mother and a very hard working one and have a very busy schedule. She had the nerve to tell me she can’t book me an appointment even after all this trouble. They need guest service training because they have no compassion for their own damn clients. I will never be going here ever again.

Rad. I just went to the Shop to have my long ass mop sliced off. I hadn’t had a haircut in over two years. My stylist Molly did a good job and knew exactly what I was going for. If you are looking for a salon with a barbershop like atmosphere and almost metropolitan feel in Enumclaw, look no further. I felt guilty paying $ 18 for a haircut as if it were done in the city it would have easily been a $ 50 trip to the salon.
They have wifi, and seem to be able to handle walk-​in customers without any issue. I will likely go back for my next haircut.

The Shop in Enumclaw is the BEST place for a cut! Friendly hometown feel where they all know my name. I love just walking in, sitting down, and getting a great cut at a great price everytime. It’s a one stop SHOP for the whole family! Can’t beat it!

I will continue to go back! This place does a great job, well trained friendly staff, and they do just as good of a job as a salon but half the price. The don’t take reservations, but if you call 10 min before you are coming in they can put your name on the list if there is a wait. So far I have not had to wait but I do know that they can get slammed, so call ahead.

Great little place. I went in there on my lunch to get a quick cut and I was greeted as soon as I came in and was helped quick. Did a good job with out direction and got me out in under 30 min.

My son and I have been going to THE SHOP in Enumclaw and Covington for the past 5+ years. It is a great place to get your buzz on! The girls are always friendly and helpful as well as professional. No drama or bait and switch… My son always gets the $ 10 buzz cut and loves it.
I recommend this business to all!

The only place in town that I will get my hair chopped or trimmed. I lived in Portland for several years, and for a mid-​range price cut Id frequent Bishops, and while it was your typical hipster meh joint, the shop does it how it should be. great friendly staff and they actually give you the haircut you ask for… and they enjoy the more «fun» cuts! yay! win/​win and really decent prices for walking out the door not hating your life until your hair grows back out. love this place.

Will do if you’re in a bind, and need a trim before heading up for some skiing, but if you’re looking for anything more than a cookie cutter haircut, you need to seek other options…

Okay if your a guy and need a quick cut. Not like going to an actual salon where your hair stylist actually knows you and knows how you like your hair. It’s more like get you in and quickly get you out. Went in for a hair cut. Got a quick cut but, no style, no product and no conversation. I will stick to waiting for my usual hair stylist to have an opening next time.

Stick to basic cuts/​trims and it’s an okay place to go. I had my hair colored their once and it turned out aweful.
The girls working are all adorbale, my boyfriend loves getting his hair cut here!
