Their guy came out yesterday and serviced my system. The price was reasonable and he was very professional. It was no muss-no fuss service which I am a big fan of. I actually hired them to come out and do my service next year.

I feel really bad for the other reviewers! I can only say great things about this company. They have provided us with 3 different services in the past 6 months and not only was the work amazing but the customer service was even better! The servicemen were kind and trustworthy and Justin who did our quotes and answered questions was incredibly accommodating and helpful. When we asked his opinion he didn’t just say «whatever you want» he gave us honest opinions based on his experience in the industry and also what would work best for what we were asking for. These guys are great and I always do my rate comparisons and they are competitive every time. We will not use another company again. They cover our needs when it comes to their expertise!

came to do annual cleaning on our furnace in September of 2011, and after the service guy left, I smelled gas. He had only been gone 5 minutes, so I called him, and he said «oh, it’s just residual smell from when I did my work.» He wouldn’t come back right then and there to check it. I left for work, but cracked all the windows in my house first. Very glad I did. Came home after work and whole house was full of gas smell. Called them, they had to send someone back out, and as it turns out, the guy shut the furnace door on a flex pipe and cracked it… so gas had been leaking all day. Will NEVER work with this company again.
