My son, wife, and I stood in the store for 20 minutes and were completely ignored by the owner while he was on the phone! We just stood there and looked at him as he continued to shoot the bull about things unrelated to his business. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life!!! We turned around walked out triggering the bell and he didn’t even turn around. He lost out on a flute repair valued at over $ 200. He lost the sale of a Eddy Sun flamed okume ukulele that my son has been begging for and has saved for months to buy. Finally, we were going to sign up for lessons for my son and also repair of a trumpet. All told those 20 minutes cost him $ 1000+ in lost business. We took our business to Seacat Music in Manheim. They are AWESOME!!!

Their service is THEWORST. I took a keyboard there in late January of this year because I needed 5 keys replaced. Long story short, I had to keep calling them in order to receive any updates on the status of its repair. It is now August. Seven months later. The keyboard has had ZERO progress made on it. I had been reassured with each phone call that parts were on the way to make the necessary repairs, and I now realize that I have been waisting my time for more than half the year. I also called the store and was put on hold for nearly 25 minutes. The worker had forgotten about me. May I repeat. THEIRSERVICEISTHEWORST.
