It’s a museum of bad, out of date retail. The bare, flickering, filthy florescent tubes on the ceiling, the anachronistic merchandising, the bizarre product mix, the sad, bedraggled employees. It’s all bad. So bad it’s laughable. I had some time to kill so I literally killed here. Even as KMart’s go, this one is pretty sad. And that is definitely saying something. Killed my time, left empty handed. Why are these stores still open?

This Kmart has the worst Customer Service and their lines are always long. Don’t even get me started on the comfort of the Store, it is HOT all year long. I will say the Pharmacy definitely has it together!

i have a friend that works there and they ONLY stock at night time after the store has closed for the day. that is where the stocking problem comes in to play. the hired help that stocks the shelves at night are locked in the store (and are not allowed to go outside at all) during their shift and they restock the shelving. lots of times the stuff does not ever make it to the store or they company just sends them so much for each store and when they run out, they run out. still all in all a good store, but could use better employees (these young kids). and better
for the sears card, you are right. if i want a sears card i will apply for one. they only give you a card with a perfect credit score. trust me a tried and they turned me down and my scores are high. go figure.

You know the problem with kmarts is that once walmart got them on their knees, they seemed to have just given up. How they keep going is a wonder, but they do it. My issue with this store (most kmarts in fact) is that they dont restock very well. Stuff is ALWAYS missing and its usually the item youre looking for.
Since they merged with sears they ask if you want to get a sears card. Problem with that is kmart doesnt take sears cards, now figure out the logic in that!
Dont forget the prerequisite employee attitude. *sigh and eye roll* Can I help you?
On the plus side, they have good sales on clothes and I can find lots of nice shirts for work for less than 10 $. Not bad!
