I will not waste my time with this location, the staff clearly doesn’t care including the very rude and unprofessional manager. 1st experience: Ordered pizza online for pickup, the site noted my pizza would be ready in 35 minutes, I showed up at the 40 minute mark, after sitting for another 20 minutes I asked about the status of my order, at which time I could hear the manager in the back yelling that my order hasn’t even been started yet abd that the online is just a suggested time. The manager then came out and was rude to me directly, she was very unprofessional and when I asked for the regional manager’s number she laughed and walked away. 2nd experience: Fast forward about 1.5 years and we just decide ok lets give the place a second shot most likely new management and staff can’t be any worse right??? WRONG!!! Me and a second person goes for dinner, I ordered boneless wings they ordered a medium pizza. Their pizza came out and I asked about my wings and was told they would be right out, 10 minutes later asked again and was told the same thing, another 10 minutes my dinner mate finishing their Pizza and the waitress says how was your meal I said I still never received my wings, she tells me to hold on a minute. Finally the manager or assistance manager comes out and says I am so sorry but we are going to start you wings now, I was like are you serious they are done their meal and now I am to sit for another 15 minutes to wait to get mine. NO, just take it off my bill. NEVER again will I go back, 1st time shame on you 2nd time shame on me but guarantee there will not be a 3rd time.

This Pizza Hut needs some new life breathed in to it. It just feels«tired». I do love that they support the local reading program. The rest of my fam ordered pizza, while I, on the other hand, have been trying to cut bread out of my diet-so I ordered a side salad & boneless wings(yes-I know-breaded-but not as much bread as a pizza). In any case-2 of the boneless wings were like rubber-not hard & over cooked, just moist & rubbery. Very gross. I let the waitress know-she subtracted 10% off of our check. Wow. The woman at the register said-«it just may not have been cooked enough». Great. Undercooked chicken-bc that’s safe. They also need to offer more drink options. I guess I need to remember that their specialty is pizza, & leave it at that.

Horrible service. Ordered pasta, wings, and pizza. Ordered 4 extra ranch packets and was supposed to get breadsticks with the pasta. Didn’t get the ranch or breadsticks. Called them back and we got a two dollar credit. Very disappointed.

I won’t debate the quality of pizza this hut has to offer. Odds are, if you eat pizza, you’ve been to a pizzahut, and know what kind of pizza you are getting yourself into. Love it or hate it, it is what it is… it’s like trying to compare one McD’s nuggies to another. Moot. That said, let’s take a look at this particular Hut. We generally frequent the Hut for lunch, which during the summer weekedays lets us have at the buffet, which is pretty good. However, this Saturday was a busy lunch rush; there was only one waiter, and the place was so packed that several parties did a 180 and headed elsewhere. The waiter did his best, was upbeat, and finally some reinforencement was called in. When our order arrived, it was hot, and what you’d expect from pizza hut. No complaints. The resturaunt is generally clean, and the servers in the past have been friendly and attentive. My only gripe was that the waiter, when refilling my drink, picked it up in my «lip area» with his fingers… time for the straw. They do work with kids’ «Book It» reading literacy program, which is cool… and today, one free little kids’ pizza brought two more hungry eaters in to dine. Thanks for supporting this program! I’m sure we’ll be back, and it will be the standard visit. It’s not the pizza«go to» for Friday night, but when we do visit, it is what it is. The Hut!
