Millersville, PA

We understand Total Package has a contract for snow removal at Crossgates in Millersville. It’s about 40 hours since the snow stopped and they have not come to fulfill their contract. To make matters worse, they don’t answer their phone! Too bad you can’t give ZERO STARS!

It’s hard to give more than 1 star when you ask them to come out and give you an estimate on a patio/fire pit, they tell you they will call you with the estimate and 1 month goes by and still haven’t heard anything. May do quality work. Maybe it’s more than they can handle and was afraid to say. Either way, unprofessional
