This company is great. We had an emergency and they were at the house in Greenland within 30 minutes of my call. Chris pumped the tank and helped to diagnose a bigger problem with the leach field that we will have to deal with in the spring. But he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail.
We will be calling them back when the snow melts to help is with our leach field problems.

Great company! We contacted them to do an emergency septic pumping after we had a back up into our basement. E&E Septic was at our house within 30 minutes! We had called another local business first, and were told they wouldn’t be out until after business hours. Also, E&E Septic’s pumping fee was $ 110 dollars cheaper than what the other company quoted, and their emergency fee was $ 100 cheaper. The other company also said they may need to charge for labor. We saved a minimum of $ 210 dollars by going with E&E Septic and had fast, courteous, and professional service.

Terrible customer service. Called for an emergency job because my regular guy was busy. I told them what the problem was and what equipment I needed them to bring out. They didn’t bring out the correct equipment to thaw the line, charged me extra while they screwed around with the wrong equipment, and I had to pay for them to come back the next day with the correct equipment. Next day they even told me ‘We fixed this equipment this morning so we can do this job.’ Over all they charged three times what my regular guy charges for the same service. Run from this company, I have and now all my neighbors have run as well!!!
