There are a million ways things can go wrong in a house, especially on the roof.
There are countless ways weather and unforeseen problems can contribute to repairs being needed.
That said, a very straightforward rubber roof shouldn’t fail after only 5 – 6 yrs.
On careful inspection, there is only one way this happened and that is with shoddy workmanship.
No guarantee, no warrantee. Bad customer service and a very expensive price. My parents loyally used this company for years. Why? They will never get my business.
