Centerpoint Computers

Seriously, these guys are on the ball!!! I have been working with computers for 30 years and this is the first time I ever took a machine to a shop for help, but I recently came across a problem that was insurmountable for me. Brian and Randy fixed it in under 24 hours at a very reasonable price. My next computer will definitely be built by Centrepoint. I am hard to impress and these gents did it! Thank you very much. I needed a part to complete the setup of my computer system and went here baca use I had heard good things about the business, and they were also right down the street from where I was working. The staff was very helpful and took the time to help me figure out some good options. These guys really knew what they were doing.

I have to say first of all that I went to Centerpoint because it was closest to me in location, not even aware of how amazing these guys are. My laptop was extremely sluggish and giving me error messages to h**l and back so in a fit of disgust, I packed it up and took it in. There’s only so much of that you can take right? I was so blown away over how thorough they were in diagnosing the problems, how they weren’t satisfied until they addressed every issue that was present. These guys gave me back a virtually new laptop at a more than reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you think your computer has bitten the dust and you are at your wit’s end, go to them. You will not be disappointed. I am so happy that I found a great place I can count on whenever I am confronted with a computer problem. They are honest, friendly and patient. They are NOT at all like the IT guy on Saturday Night Live that makes you feel like a clueless wonder and that is important to me! (mostly because when it comes to computers, I am a clueless wonder). Five Stars for Centerpoint!!! If I could give them Ten Stars, I would!

I was referred to Centerpoint Computer and stopped in to order a new computer because I thought mine was dead or dying. After asking some questions, Brian suggested I bring it in for him to look at before ordering a new one. He backed up my files, reinstalled the operating system and a new power source and had me back up and running the next day for a fraction of the cost of a new computer. You rock!
