Grapevine Vip Laundry & Linens

I called this establishment and asked if they offered one day dry cleaning. I had an event the following day so this was good news. I dropped off the suit and shirt then came back the next day to pick it up. When I picked it up the store owner half heartedly apologized and said just wear your jacket all night. Then said if we worked on the stain we could get it out another day. I asked when did you know this had a stain? She said, yesterday! I then asked, why didn’t you tell me so I could take it somewhere else? She gave some bs excuse and said we don’t do a true one day service only rushed. I was willing to pay for one day service somewhere else. Now I’m stuck. Point is this establishment thinks subpar service is okay. I would cross reference their number with others because a few cleaners use the same main warehouse to clean. They can shove their «free» clean as I’ve already paid, fools.
