Helped us out with a flat. Our rental car tire kept going low. It couldn’t be patched as it was too close the wall of the tire. They checked first. They made sure it’d be safe or we wouldn’t drive out of there, they said. Long story short… Dave and Russ were awesome. They gave us the vip treatment after getting a bunch of higgedy piggety from our rental car service… no, we won’t drive to Cleveland to switch cars! Thank you guys. You left a great impression of your business and the locals on us

As other reviewers reported on the actual site, I took my car in for an estimate and was told that I needed many repairs which weren’t necessary. Took it to another mechanic in my area and saved $ 500.00 based on the repairs Johnson and Flick recommended. There waiting room was alright, it was so busy there, despite having an appointment, that there was no where to sit,

This was a very pleasant experience. My 2011 Jeep Compass needed an oil change and I was dreading having to deal with waiting around for my car and overpaying for the work. However, I was able to go on Johnson & Flick’s website to get a quote for the service, and they e-​mailed me back within an hour. I dropped off my car at the time they expected me, and it was finished in about 20 minutes. The price? Well because I only need standard oil and get a LECOM discount, I only had to pay $ 31! Definitely give these guys a try! Whatever issues you have with your car, go on their website and get it quoted.
Also, while I was waiting, they had a nice waiting room with a couch, some tables, newspapers, and coffee. Very impressed!
