Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
They were absolutely the worst shipping company we dealt with ever.
For the first shipment: they picked it up then lost a box in the process. We had to run through a long tedious claim process to get the value back.
For the second shipment: they also lost another box! Of course that lost box was going to a customer who charged us late fees. This is not the worst part. What’s worse is that they first admitted losing the box. Then once they found it was a high value item they blamed it on us! And we had to go through very lengthy claim process while suffering the lost value and waiting months!
Stay away from these people. They are not professional and they are not honest.
