Very plain pizza and horrible customer service. Unless u personally know the owner or manager. I use to order there regularly because they will make u a pizza as early as 9:30 am and r cheap but I haven’t ordered there in a while because the bad customer service I experienced on my last visit. I can’t stand place that hire employees that do not know that their job is customer service To serve a customer not ignore them and then act like the customer came to your house for food. If it bother you to have customers you are in the wrong line of work

I have been going to this place for a while I love their combination subs and their pizza is pretty delicious if you ask me, but then again that’s only if you ask. Pretty quick service as well not that big on the inside to sit down so if you have a large party it probably wouldn’t be for you but for takeout before Sunday’s game I would definitely recommend.

This weekend while I was home for Easter we needed something quick for dinner, I jumped on having us go to Patti’s. I love everything about their pizza. I always want to order from here when I come back home. It brings back memories of living at home and it being the shadiest of shady pizza joints in this little hole in the wall shop, and still wanting to go there because it was just that good. We ordered the Veggie and a Pepperoni. I was pleased with both. So many toppings and the sauce!!! Yummy. The crust is pre-made but just crunchy and amazing. I love Patti’s and I can’t wait to go back.

Patti’s used to be one of the best in Erie. I remember visiting my in-laws and craving this pizza. When we moved here, We ordered Patti’s once a week. Then, things changed. Patti’s changed their dough, their sauce, I’m not entirely sure but the pizza isn’t worth any amount of money anymore.

I always get a pizza when I’m in this part of the country. Will NEVER stop here again. Not only is the pizza not good, it’s bad. I ordered a supreme and it tasted like it was«made in China». Cheap frozen parts and pieces. Sour tasting veggies. Crust was like a piece of generic sandwich bread. I honestly think a Tottinos from Walmart would have been better. They are cheap. But you get what you pay for.

Hands down. Best pizza ever. I am biased though. I grew up a block or two from Patty’s and my brother and I ate there constantly as kids; even bringing our allowance there and buying 25 cent pepperoni balls. Our favorite menu item has always been the pizza sub. We moved away 27 years ago and my brother was just back for a visit. He ate there twice and brought back 4 pizza subs frozen. I just ate mine, at it tasted exactly as I remembered. We live in Phoenix now and there is a huge shortage a decent pizza. No one comes close to Patty’s.

My cousin and I stopped here for dinner on a road trip because it has such great reviews. I have no idea why people like it other than that it is cheap. I would say if you have no taste buds and all you’re looking for is a cheap meal go for it. But even then I wouldn’t feel great about directing people to this place. You’d be better off just grabbing a frozen pizza at a grocery store. We picked up just a cheese pizza and some pepperoni balls and brought them to our hotel. We were both starving so we did eat some of it but after the first few bites i felt like I was force feeding myself. It was pretty tasteless and had a strange consistency. The pepperoni balls were basically just a bland dinner roll with a couple pieces of pepperoni in the middle. I was originally planning on giving this place a 2 but the way we felt the next morning bumped it down to a 1. Stopping there was a decision we regretted for the rest of our trip.

Patti’s Pizza is very good and they make ab solutely the best«slightly toasted combo subs».never have eaten in the restaurant but always take out and they are fast and accurate.

Erie is my hometown… while I don’t live there anymore, I still remember Patti’s Pizza. I remember when the East Side Patti’s Pizza used to be a tiny hole in the wall right off a grocery store called ‘Paul Bunyan’s’. Carry-Out only at the time… and you could get a Cheese Pizza for less than $ 5. I remember my dad bringing Patti’s home quite often… it was cheap, good and the family loved it. For the most part, the two items we ate the most was Pepperoni pizza… and pepperoni balls. What is a pepperoni ball you ask? Small pieces of deep fried dough with pepperoni in the middle. A recent trip to visit my hometown revealed they now sell pizza balls too… Whenever anyone in my family gets back to Erie, they make sure to stop in and get some of that great pizza. Even bring home frozen ones to bake in the oven… Best pizza I’ve ever had to date… hands down.
