Upgraded to iPhone 6 here — lost over a thousand of pictures from my old phone in the process. At least that’s I was told by several employees at this location. I was told«this happens»(??? what about the CLOUD?!), nothing could be done, and if I didn’t want this to happen again I should«not get an iphone.» Turns out my pics WERE in the cloud and the very nice folks at Apple customer service helped me get them back in no time.

Everything takes forever. Next in line for support. 1 hour in store. New connection 1 hour in store. Call for stock before calling in, told the phone I wanted was in stock. 15 mins later I arrived. No stock and none sold. Same crap every time. Shame the network is so good otherwise I’d change.

Went to this store to buy a new phone, and I was helped by Jake. This location is not the largest or fanciest I’ve seen, but it’s always clean and tidy and I’ve never had a problem with the staff. They did not have the phone I wanted in stock, but he got it delivered to my house. The experience was pleasant and efficient. After a week, I decided that phone really wasn’t meeting my needs, and I returned to this store to return it. Again, I was helped by Jake. There were some issues that needed to be resolved, and we ended up needing to ship the phone out to complete the return, and Jake took care of this for me. After the process, Jake kept me updated and was extremely helpful, communicative, and pleasant. So, 5 stars for the store(no complaints) and 5+ for the staff, specifically Jake. Thanks so much!

Went to this Verizon location with my parents for my father to buy a new phone. It was busy, being right after Christmas, but all the employees were rather cheerful. The service was fast and friendly with the sales associate making sure my father got everything he needed. As he had a model already picked out the sales associate did not have to explain anything, but she didn’t try to change his mind either which I appreciated. The entire visit didn’t take more then 15 minutes.
