I dealt with Paul in parts and he was completely rude and unprofessional.
He took my order and then could not tell me when it would come in.
All I want is my money back, and people to know how poor this company’s customer service is.

Unless you’re held at gunpoint, do not take your vehicle to these guys to get it repaired. I needed a simple brake job on my Pontiac and it took these guys a whopping 2 days to get it done, despite telling me it would be a matter of hours. They were incredibly discourteous on the phone when I called to ask about the progress of my repairs and told me twice that my car would be ready by a certain time, only for me to call then and be told «oh well it will be a bit longer».
I know that nobody likes car dealerships but my run-​in with Rick Weaver Pontiac was especially painful. Please please please find somewhere else in Erie to service your vehicle. You’ll appreciate not having the headache I did.
