Having eaten here a number of times since it opened, I would never recommend this Wendy’s location to anyone. Drive-​thru orders are, almost without fail, incorrect; food is often stone cold; cleanliness standards are seemingly lower than other Wendy’s locations. Do yourself a favor and choose another dining establishment.

They are on top of there game on the service end, when I do eat there I go through the drive thru and try not to think about the inside. Looks clean in the back but the place is falling apart, bathrooms are falling apart. Needs a remodel.

I have eaten at this Wendy’s at least five different times over the years and the service has always been consistent and the place is always been clean I have always had a decent experience and always get my food fast and accurately. It’s also a bonus that it is easy on and off the interstate at exit 36 on i-​26 in Tennessee.

Moved here two years ago, ordered chili, their was no extra charge for the hair in it. Have not eaten there again. Was told you could order drugs through the drive through with the right code word. But may be just roomer and the hair may have been an isolated incident. But we have not ever been back for anything.
