Action Bounce was early, courteous and had clean products. We rented one of their packages with a bounce house, tables, chairs and cotton candy machine. We had a brief lesson and were given plenty supplies for the cotton candy machine. Everything went perfect during the party.
Afterwards when they arrived for the pickup they vacuumed out and cleaned the floor of the bounce house. We had a group of happy parents and happy kids. We will definitely call them for any future rentals.
Thank you Action Bounce for making our son’s 5th birthday!!!

We had Action House come out for my sons birthday party. They were fast and quick to get everything set up before people arrived. The bouncy house was a hit with the kids. It was a very well kept clean bouncy house.

Hands down, the best customer service in all of San Diego county — talk about going the extra mile. They were on time, friendly, well priced and provide clean «like new» bounce houses. These guys are true professionals. I forgot to confirm my order and on the day of my son’s 7th birthday, they answered my frantic call at 7am and had my jumper here by 10am as promised. They were on time for pick-​up and even after a long very hot day (100 degrees plus), the owner showed up with a smile and even took some time to chat with my birthday boy. Customer service goes a long way for me and I look forward to using these guys for all of our bounce house and party rental needs (we also ordered tables and chairs)! Side note, we got the Minecraft castle jumper and to our surprise, it even came with a basketball hoop inside. Let’s just say we had some very happy and entertained little boys!

We had a fantastic experience with Action Bounce. I called last minute for a birthday party, they brought the bouncy same day and arrived on time. Set up was perfect, the bouncy was the cleanest I’ve seen, and they let us keep it all day.
No hidden costs and no extra «add-​ons».
I will definitely call them for m next kids bday party.

These guys were great. They called the day before to confirm, texted when they were on their way to drop off and pick up. They were on time with the perfect bouncy house and hot dog steamer at a great price. Could not ask for anything more.

Action Bounce had the best pricing, was very generous with the time they allowed us, came on time and picked up on time (no hassling me in between). They also were very conscientious about cleaning the bouncy (spray down, hand vac, etc) which speaks to the concern they have for the quality of their bounce houses. Would recommend.
