Discount tires referred me to these guys for a free alignment after a long wait there for new tires which was nice. After taking it in, they recommended get adjustable control arms for a whooping $ 1200 and a high pressure sales tactic to bump it up to $ 1350 if I didn’t get it done that day! I wasn’t prepared for that and being that I like to always research any aftermarket work I do on my Audi, I checked with TAG Motorsports who I’ve had do all my performance upgrades. They came in at $ 600, installed and with re-​alignment, for really nice SPC control arms (best in market based on my research)!
I don’t know what kind of deal Discount Tires and this place have going on, but I would be wary if they recommend the same to you. Do your research and take your car to someone you trust. Next time, I’ll just take the cash discount if I’m made to wait.

Ive taken my wife’s car here a few times with minor work needing to be done. Very professional staff and extremely reasonable prices. Its hard to find a honest auto business these days that you can trust. Highly recommended!

Came in here to get my wheels aligned. Super friendly staff. They gave me a picture of what it looked like and gave me suggestions of a few things I should take take off. They have a super comfortable waiting room. Many seats and refreshments. And some too.

Nice place but too expensive. I was quoted $ 320 to perform a routine transmission service. I went one block down the street and a transmission shop charged $ 165– half the cost.

We had such a great experience here!
First off, the guy at the front was so nice :) We came in to have our alignment done, and he quoted us about an hour. The waiting area was very comfortable with lots of chairs and water, magazines and even some candy. My boyfriend may or may not have fallen asleep in the chair while we waited ;P
It took less than an hour, and after we got in the car, we could feel an instant improvement. Definitely coming back here next time!

I took my 2007 Ford Taurus in for an oil change, and I was early and they started on my car right away. They got the filter on and I was out the door in no time at all.
I was reading through the other reviews on here, and I noticed a link at the very bottom of the reviews in light grey letters that reads «…other reviews that are not currently recommended»
I’m not sure why they aren’t recommended since, so far on page 1 there are 6 five star reviews, on page 2 there are 11 five star reviews, and on page 3 there are 8 five star reviews.

Knowing there were parts missing to do proper alignment without telling me first did the alignment first then charged me for it 70 dollars thanks a lot discount tires for referring me to these idiots

Best service in town! Dale the manager always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. I always take my cars to him first because I know I will get an honest exact diagnosis with options that work within my means! Efficient work done in a prompt manner. Nice large waiting room. I will bring my other cars here in the future. No up selling, just a quick reminder at the end of my transaction that they do tune ups and oil change as well.

Don’t take you car or truck there unless you want to pay a lot of $$$$$, he will give you a price over the phone, and a good one, then he’ll have your car apart and then call you and say he ran into some problems or didn’t think it would take this long then bump up the price. If I had three thumbs I would give this place three thumbs down and a ¼ of a star.

My experience is almost identical to Joel’s (see other reviews). Discount tire suggested these guys and they gave us a $ 20 discount coupon. At Discount Tire we just had the 3^rd set of tires installed on my wife’s car. The previous tires cupped, but we pretty much got full mileage out of them, but they were noisy. So I thought an alignment would be the thing to do.
ALIGNTECH said we needed new shocks, for $ 1200. I said no thanks, but they had done the alignment. I took the car to the dealer for other maintainence, and asked them to look at the suspension, because I was pretty sure it needed some work done. They said 1) the suspension is just fine, but 2) the car is pulling hard to the right. I drove the car and they were right, it was pulling hard to the right. Since this pull seemed like an alignment issue (it wasn’t pulling before ALIGNTECH worked on the car), I called ALIGNTECH to set up an appointment to have the alignment checked again. The guy was defensive right off the bat, and said — over the phone without looking at the car — that the alignment was fine, what we needed was a camber kit. This is just about exactly the upsell described in Joel’s review.
Since it was clear all ALIGNTECH wanted to do was to sell me more of anything, I took the loss and went to the dealer to get an alignment. Guess what– no parts needed. Once aligned properly the pull was gone.
If you want to be talked into work you don’t need done on your car, then go to ALIGNTECH.
