Am Sod

Had a couple of issues with the front office resulting in a couple of trips to AM Sod that were a waste of time. The second trip some guy with my same name who ordered the same quantity as I ordered (what are the odds of that happening!!) mistakenly picked up my order (the other guy ordered a different type of grass and did not pay attention to the type of grass he was picking up). When I arrived to pick up my grass Rick explained what had happened, and said he would get additional grass cut and delivered to me, no cost to me. A few days later Rick carried through with his commitment, so I am a happy camper. OBTW — my grass seems to be taking hold and is very healthy!
One comment, double check what the office is doing /​saying, Jordon has her act together but the others in the office are not nearly as good as Jordon!

Had trouble reaching them this morning around 10 to 10:30. Got a funny phone system. Old phone number s didn’t work either. BUT I called later 10:45 and it went right through to the phone tree. Placed the order and easy as pie. Order time before NOON for next day delivery. Have used many times in the past and expect things to go well again. they will call this afternoon to tell me the delivery time.

I recieved some St. Augustine sod from AmSod that they cut in Septemeber and they gave me the last batch of their cuts and my lawn was brown from the beginning. I paid $ 2,484 for 2700sqft@ .92 cents and it looks like crap and AmSod will not give me a discount. My contractor gave me a small 20% off discount because AmSod would not make it right and replace the bad sod that they gave me. So myself the consumer has to pay for this mistake and I am left with the «top of the line» brown grasss from AmSod.
I live in a nice neighborhood and work hard for my money and I paid $$ 3200 for a lawn that has brown grass within 2 days of installing it. I strongly recommend looking for another place to get your grass.

Good pice, ordered and delivered two days later. The sod was Fresh cut and looks great down.
