This is the worst place to eat. I had a burrito and after taking a bite the taste of an old humid rag filled my mouth, absolutely disgusting. I thought it might have been the salsa I poured over so I proceeded to take another bite without it and I almost threw up. I had to drink the entire water just to try getting rid of the disgusting taste. Compared to the burrito the water was good I guess that’s worth the single star. I would recommend eating food out of a trashcan before throwing away money at this place.

Let me start off by saying that I wanted to take a risk and try something new in the neighborhood… That was both a good and bad decision and here’s why. Parking was easy as there were only three cars out in front of the restaurant. Didn’t think anything of if until I got inside. The central AC wasn’t on but they had a room AC unit in use that kept the room temperature reasonably comfortable. The dining area is small but, the tables are very close to each other and the chairs are set two to a table and one with 5??? The menu looked new but you can tell they just increased prices on a few of their items as seen on the picture– paper and sharpie was put over the actual main menu. Now to the food and drink. They provide free chips and salsa as you wait for your meal to be prepared. Was the best part of my meal!(Sad to say) I ordered the special which was a Jamon Torata(ham sandwich with cheese, avocado and jalepenos) It was filling but I’ve had better. It came with a side of freshly made fries and a soda. I paid cash to avoid their .50 transaction fee to use a debit or credit card. They have an ice machine but do not fill up the soda dispenser with it, so they have to go to the back. I had to ask for a second cup of ice. The soda that I first tried was a Dr. Pepper. It was flat. I tried Coke, it too was flat. I figured, I’ll try a sweet tea as it would still taste great and I wouldn’t need the carbonation. ITWASN“T SWEET!!! Let’s just say, I decided to finish my meal and count my blessings. The server/cashier was polite and didn’t do anything wrong. In fact she was very helpful and made sure I had ketchup and utensils. The ketchup had mold as you can see on my picture… YIKES! I don’t think I’d be back again. There are tons of other taco shops in the area. You may want to just pass this one by. Sometimes the reward isn’t worth the risk! The building looks like it needs repair at least for the exterior. I’m hoping by the time I finish this review I don’t have bubble but and guts! Damn! It is not my intention to put this place down as there is a lot of potential here. For the sake of this new place, I hope they find a way to turn things around. Thanks, Your new Amigo

Super good food(I got a cali burrito and a friend got fish tacos) and friendly employees. Service was a little slow, but there’ve only been around a month so I bet that will pick up. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more off the menu, especially the huge bowl of menudo I saw someone else eating.

This place just recently opened. The only thing I have tried so far is the rolled tacos. There were very good. I dined in and also got some chips and salsa to munch on while waiting for my food. I think they make their own rolled tacos as they were shorter than other restaurants but thicker. I can not wait to go back and try some other items on the menu.
