Staff is always friendly, and i love their jamoca almond fudge! This shop is one of the few places that does chocolate dipped waffle cones, waffle bowls, etc. — the chocolate dipped waffle bowls are SO yummy and sinful.

I’ve enjoyed the ice cream here. I forget the name but it was some sort of cookie type of ice cream that was featured. Occasionally my boyfriend will bring ice cream home from here and they give a good amount. I still look forward to getting ice cream here every now and then in the future.

This location is the worst Baskin Robbins EVER. When I was a kid, I looked forward to coming here. I still did up until I went to this location. The managing staff is absolutely terrible. You’re better off going to the grocery store and buying your own ice cream for way cheaper. Just saying.

Are you kidding me right now?! $ 35, ordered 5 days in advance and you screw up the cake for fathers day??? Guy tried writting it on the top and squeezed it in, when he told me he’d write it on the side of the cake. This is horse crap. Manager refunded me my money but left me without a cake. Thanks a lot never coming back.

Have been going there for over 20 years now and was always satisifiied. But the last few times, it has been less than good. Even though the prices have gone up over the years, they always offered up a good full scoop of ice cream… but lately, I have received an «air» scoop(air in the middle), When I questioned the servers and showed them the scoop, the three girls jabbered in Spanish for a while and then refused to do anything about it and testily said«we always weigh our scoops». Then I watched them serve the next ten patrons and there was NO weighing done. I contacted the BR Co on the internet and they said the local owner would contact me… but nobody ever did! Even though I like the product, I will never return to this location!

I came here to get a banana split. The girls behind the counter were not really interested in being friendly or helpful at all. I had to repeat my order to her three times. She then came back and asked me if I wanted nuts and a cherry, I told her, yes cherry and no nuts. She then brings me the banana split with nuts, and no cherry. I was also surprised at the tiny scoops of ice cream. The price was over $ 6. It wasn’t worth half that. I won’t be back.

This is a yummy treat they have everything your ice cream cravings desire rich and creamy and you can taste the flavor you want they even have ice cream cakes and the customer service is great also.

Can’t say much about the location but the on-line ordering process was easy. Just have to order 24 hours in advance. Picking up the cake was quick and the cake tastes good.

Meant to post this a while ago… will never set foot in here again. i went in to get some ice cream & ask about ordering a cake. they let me know that i could order it online and pick it up at their location. i read the online guidelines about how far in advance i would need to order, i went through the options, and placed my online order. i went in to pick up the cake, and it wasn’t there. the two girls who were working could not have been less helpful. they started by saying they’d call temecula and see if they could do anything, as if i was going to drive all the way to temecula to get a cake. 15 minutes later when that«phone call» was done, the girl never told me what temecula said, but she told me that my only options were to get a refund or pick from one of their display cakes. the display cakes were nothing special. for the size/price of cake that i had ordered, the only options either had ice cream flavor options that i didn’t want, or they had allergy conflicts. i decided i wanted a refund. as the girl processed the refund, she let me know that it was because of me that the cake was not there. apparently i placed the order at midnight on sunday(which i did not, i placed it earlier), which i assumed was her way of telling me i did not give them enough time. the website says to place the order 24– 48 hours in advance, an order placed on sunday night, to be picked up on tuesday evening gives them plenty of time. AND, if it wasn’t enough time, why was tuesday even on the option list if they couldn’t have it ready by then?! anyway, i got the refund and walked out without a cake for my mother’s birthday. i work in customer service, so i know bad customer service, and i know good customer service. maybe its because i look young, maybe its because i don’t look like the kinda gal that uses Unilocal,but i was not treated like a valued customer, and that is unacceptable. i would never let a customer walk out of my store with nothing, having not made it up to them somehow. sure i got a refund, but i walked out empty handed, so you bet your ass i deserved a refund. the only time the girl apologized was when i was walking out, and if she had been sincere, she would have said it to my face, and not lobbed it to me on my way out the door, once she printed out the receipt… realizing her name was on it. will not be back. ever. (This happened in early August)

We decided to stop in this location after having some food near by. First of all when you enter the place doesn’t feel quite right. The ice cream is ok it was too soft for my taste and the sprinkle come that I got when bitten it was like cardboard all stale and not even crunchy. The two young ladies working there were more interested in keeping their personal conversation going instead of helping us out. She would stop in the middle of doing one order and just talk to the other and vice versa. This place lacks a lot of customer service which is a plus if you want to keep customers coming back. Also why don’t they have a bathroom some other people in line were asking about it and all they got is no we don’t have a bathroom. Well tried it once and probably won’t come back to this location which is a bummer because other locations are way better

Called the franchisor about the experience immediately, and they passed on the message to the owner along with my number. No call, no response, no other resolution. Pretty predictable for the McDonald’s of ice cream.
