Just left this fantastic BBQ joint. Tried the baby back ribs and they were simply amazing! They are smoked with a dry rub… Absolutely no need for BBQ sauce here!

Great people and great BBQ! I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. I also hear that the ribs are the best around so I’m definitely trying that next time!

This Q is ok, but I have had much better. The rib rub was nicely spiced, but the baby backs were tough and fatty. The brisket is way too salty, though it was nicely juicy. Also, the prices are far too high IMHO. $ 22 for a rack of baby backs, and $ 13 for a half lb of brisket. That squarely makes Buddy’s one of the highest priced BBQ in the area, which would be OK if the Q was exceptional, but it’s not.
